Deutschland-Nederland LOGwear

Wearables (wearable devices) offer several possibilities for companies to optimize their (logistical) processes, regarding e.g. increasing of efficiency, reduction of mistakes and / or creation of a more economic and safer working environment. The project LOGwear offers companies the possibility to get advice about how to optimize their processes by using wearable devices. At some of the participants one specific process will be optimized by using one or more wearables, including phases like concept development to testing in the real process environment. By developing an amount of open-source products, the accessibility for an it-integration will be way easier. This gives the opportunity to benefit from this technology on the short term.
