In binational tandems, German and Dutch artists dealt with questions of our time, which are also relevant to the border region. In an annual barcamp, artists had the opportunity to meet up and become involved in the project. Inhabitants of the border region were able to actively experience the resulting ideas, which were presented in for instance an exhibition or performance.
